You will join the Business Intelligence department, a team of 9 people, reporting to the Group's General Management. Its activities are dedicated to the Executive Committee as well as a wide range of stakeholders.
In a complex market environment, you will act as the right-hand of the Business Intelligence Director to develop tools and analysis that support strategic decision-making for the group, with strong ambitions in:
- The development of the Asia and Americas regions,
- The diversification of the client portfolio,
- The development of new markets (technologies, services).
Main Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 4 people :3 regional analysts based in the main regions where we operate (Asia, Americas, Europe) /1 analyst specialized in new technologies and new markets (point of contact for Innovation and M&A teams)
- Develop regional expertise / market intelligence (produce monthly regional market reports, monitor and analyze competition and clients, analyze volumes, participate in management meetings, etc.)

- Foster relationships with key market intelligence and forecasting players
- Conduct weekly monitoring of mobility sector news (automotive, new mobilities, technologies, etc.)
- Prepare reports covering major mobility events (trade shows, conferences, etc.)
- Facilitate stakeholder networks across the group's various activities
- Support the strategic plan, client strategic reviews, and client briefings
- Conduct specific analysis on new markets
Profile
- Master degree (business school, engineering school)
- At least 7 years' experience in a group and international environment
- Change agent, autonomous, organized, and with excellent interpersonal skills
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to act as a true Business Partner
- Proven experience in both direct and cross-functional management
- Ideally, proven ability to work with multicultural teams and manage remotely
- Previous exposure to Asian markets or experience working in Asia is a plus

- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent synthesis abilities
- Strong communication skills : impactful oral and written communication
- Mastery of Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English
- Position involves occasional travel to the regions
