YOUR MISSION: Design and oversee, in line with style requirements and brand image, the construction of new stores and remodeling of existing stores in order to create conditions for superior customer experience and develop the brand value. Coordinate teams of architects, designers, consultants, and construction crews to complete projects in a timely manner. Ensure that construction is accomplished according to technical specifications, budgeted costs, established timetables, and contractual arrangements. Collaborate with visual merchandisers to develop the layout and design of new stores or sales spaces and to renovate existing sites to meet the organization's style guidelines and positively impact customer buying behavior. Manage the design and architecture of stores. HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? - Design and oversee the construction of new stores and the remodeling of existing stores to align with style requirements and brand image, ensuring superior customer experience and brand value development. - Coordinate teams of architects, designers, consultants, and construction crews to complete projects within technical specifications, budgeted costs, established timetables, and contractual arrangements. - Collaborate with visual merchandisers to develop the layout and design of new stores or sales spaces and renovate existing sites to meet the organization's style guidelines and positively impact customer buying behavior. - Manage the design and architecture of stores, producing multiple architectural concepts and prototypes, and supervising feasibility testing to validate architectural solutions. - Communicate the local action plan, explaining its relation to the function's strategy and the broader organization's mission and vision, motivating team members to achieve local business goals. - Deliver small- or medium-scale projects within an established program management plan. - Assist in achieving brand positioning and contribute ideas to brand plans. - Plan and deliver stakeholder engagement activities to develop effective working relationships for projects, ensuring stakeholder needs and concerns are identified and met. - Track budgets and report variances to senior colleagues. - Monitor personal and team performance, allocate work, review completion, and take corrective action to ensure timeliness and quality, contributing to formal performance management and appraisal. - Provide coaching to team members to develop their skills. - Ensure compliance with diversity and inclusion guidelines in all job functions. - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level required. - Experience in dealing with various situations and advising others. - Supervisory experience in directing people and resources to achieve specific results within limited timeframes.
