Your Mission

As a Global Buyer Vienna & Istabul you'll play a pivotal role in expanding and enhancing our Cities' hotel portfolio. Based at our headquarters in Aix-en-Provence, France, you'll source and negotiate exclusive deals with hotels, ensuring our members enjoy exceptional travel experiences while driving strong business results.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Lead the sourcing and negotiation of exclusive promotional campaigns with our partners across Vienna & Istanbul to meet revenue targets and grow our portfolio.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, Content, and Operations) to optimize campaign performance and deliver outstanding member experiences.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
- Build and maintain strong hotel partnerships through regular meetings, calls, and on-site visits when required.
- Expand our network of partners by pitching and onboarding new hotels, ensuring a diverse and high-quality offering.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

We're looking for energetic builders who move fast, think big, and care about creating a real impact.

Your profile:

- Around 3 years of experience in contracting, tour operating, DMCs, or hospitality, preferably in Croatia
- Strong negotiation skills and ease in dealing with suppliers.
- Good knowledge of the local market and an eagerness to build strong industry contacts.
- Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
- Structured, data-aware, and always looking for ways to improve processes.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Croatia to meet partners.
- Fluent in English.
