The opportunity :

The role is a cross countries one and you will be part of a wider team of Compensation & Benefits Experts.

As the PFI & GTM Compensation and Benefits Specialist, you report to the Head of Compensation & Benefits for this scope and support the strategy of these business lines. You will be managing compensation and benefits policies that contribute to attract and retain the best talents in those perimeters.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include :

Support the PFI & GTM divisions Compensation & Benefits Director in deploying and managing compensation and benefits policies across the defined perimeter :

- Contribute to strengthening the empowerment and awareness of HRBPs/managers on C&B-related topics.

- Ensure consistency of the global job grading framework, leveraging key criteria such as management responsibilities, geographical scope, and revenue impact.

- Prepare and/or review compensation packages proposed by local C&Bs, ensuring internal equity and alignment with the company's compensation strategy.

- Play an active role in the annual compensation cycles (salary reviews and bonus calculations), leading/coordinating the calculation of bonuses for sales and non-sales employees and monitoring salary reviews in line with budget and group guidelines.

- Monitor and analyze the off-cycle budget on a monthly basis, providing insights and alerts to global HRBPs regarding spending status.

- Participate in ad hoc projects such as M&A or Benefits or market competitiveness analyses in collaboration with local C&Bs

Who are you ?

Skills we can't do without:

- Master's degree and at least 5 years of experience in C&B including a significant experience in an international environment

- Strong excel and analytical skills

- Detailed oriented, result-driven and creative

- Autonomy, rigour, confidentiality, pedagogy

- Good capacity of working in a fast-paced environment

- Good ability to work in a multi country environment

- Strong oral and written communication skills in English
