As the plan enters its final phase, the Group continues to deliver on its objectives and is now preparing its next strategic cycle.
Under the Strategy & Transformation Director, the Strategic Planning Manager plays a central role in shaping the next strategic plan while supporting delivery of the current one. Working closely with General Management, Business Units, and Corporate functions, the role bridges strategy and execution by translating leadership priorities into concrete, value-creating initiatives across the organization.
This position is suited to a professional who brings structured strategic thinking, strong execution capabilities, and a collaborative mindset to help turn long-term ambitions into tangible organizational impact.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation of the Group's Strategic Plan with the Strategy & Transformation Director: structure strategic content, work closely with Business Units and support functions, manage timelines and governance, and support leadership in shaping key strategic choices
- Support execution and deployment as Strategic PMO: support implementation of the Strategic Plan by structuring priorities, monitoring progress, and facilitating regular performance reviews with Top Management and Operational teams
- Lead strategic analyses across a wide range of topics (growth opportunities, Business Units development plans, portfolio choices, market positioning and differentiation strategies, new business models, resource allocation, etc.) and prepare recommendations, grounded in a strong understanding of the business, market dynamics and operational context
- Prepare board-level presentations related to Bouygues Construction's strategy and Strategic Dialog with Bouygues SA
- Act as a key ambassador of the Strategic Plan internally (during management meetings, seminars, conventions, etc.) contributing to cascading the Strategic Plan across the organisation
Profile:
- Proven experience in strategy, strategic planning, consulting or corporate development, ideally in complex or multi-division organizations
- Strong ability to work with top management (CEO, Executive Committee, etc.), with the structured communication, judgement and confidence required to operate in high-exposure and confidential environments
- Ability to structure ambiguous topics, distil information and produce clear, and actionable recommendations
- Capacity to lead and influence without direct hierarchical authority and operate at both strategic and operational levels

- Strong communication and presentation skills, including board-level materials
- Fluency in English required
