Babilou Family is one of the leading global early childhood education and care groups, present in 10 countries and welcoming nearly 60,000 children every day.

As we deploy our next strategic cycle, we are looking for a highly motivated Strategy Intern to support the Group Head of Strategy on key cross-country initiatives.

This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of an international organization, directly exposed to executive-level decision-making.

Your Mission

You will support strategic projects across three main areas:

1Market Research & Strategic Analysis

- Conduct market analyses (competitive landscape, pricing, regulation, M&A trends)
- Benchmark international education players
- Support investment cases and Board materials
- Contribute to strategic deep-dives (new geographies, new business lines)

2 Strategic Plan Deployment

- Help structure and monitor country strategic plans
- Support preparation of COMEX & Board presentations
- Track key strategic initiatives across geographies
- Produce clear executive-ready synthesis documents

3 Performance Monitoring & Insights

- Analyze operational and financial KPIs
- Identify trends, risks and opportunities
- Support ad hoc analysis for executive decision-making

You will work directly with the Group Head of Strategy and interact with CFOs, COOs and country CEOs.

Profile

We are looking for someone:

- From a top business school / engineering school / IEP
- With strong analytical skills (financial modeling is a plus)
- Very comfortable with Excel and PowerPoint
- Structured, rigorous, autonomous
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
- Curious about international education / services businesses

Previous internship in consulting, PE, corporate strategy or M&A is a strong plus.
