We partner with the world's largest tech players, including AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft, as well as leaders in data and agility, such as Databricks, Snowflake, and Atlassian.The Workstation Service Delivery Manager is a key role within the IT Infrastructure & Operations team, responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of user workstations and related services. This individual will manage a variety of projects aimed at improving user device security, functionality, and overall user experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT service management, proven project management capabilities, and in-depth technical knowledge of workstation technologies.

Project Management

- Manage and deliver a wide range of workstation-related projects, including large-scale device rollouts, new software deployments, and the implementation of security enhancements. - Lead initiatives to improve user account security and refine access controls across the user base. - Oversee the planning and execution of hardware refresh cycles for laptops and mobile devices to ensure technology remains current.

Technical Operations

- Lead efforts to enhance the security posture of user endpoints, including implementing hardware-level security configurations. - Act as a point of escalation for complex and widespread workstation issues, driving them to resolution. - Administer and configure roles and permissions within the company's IT service management platforms. - Participate in and provide evidence for internal and external security and compliance audits.

Service Delivery

- Serve as the primary point of contact for all inquiries related to the portfolio of workstation services and support. - Collaborate closely with other IT teams to ensure the seamless integration and delivery of all IT services to end-users.

Le profil recherché

- Proven experience in a Service Delivery Manager or a similar leadership role.
- Demonstrated project management skills with a track record of successful project completion.
- In-depth technical expertise in workstation hardware, operating systems, software, and security protocols.
- Hands-on experience with IT Service Management (Service Now ITSM) and UEM (Ivanti) platforms.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- A collaborative mindset with a history of working effectively within a team-oriented environment.
