Les missions du poste


We are seeking a Freight Forwarding Agent / Transport Coordinator to support logistics operations for a major Oil & Gas project. The position involves the coordination and execution of complex transport activities in compliance with project specifications, HSE standards, and international regulations.
The role is performed with a high level of autonomy, under the supervision of the Logistics Manager, and in close interface with project teams, contractors, and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the Logistics Manager, the Transport Coordinator will be responsible for:

- Planning, coordinating, and executing end-to-end transport operations (sea, air, road) for project cargo
- Managing logistics activities related to FPSO modules, equipment, and materials
- Organizing and supervising heavy lift and out-of-gauge shipments, including route surveys and feasibility studies
- Coordinating chartering operations (breakbulk, heavy lift vessels, barges) when required
- Ensuring full compliance with HSE standards, project procedures, and international regulations, including dangerous goods transport
- Preparing and validating shipping documentation, including customs clearance processes
- Liaising with freight forwarders, carriers, port authorities, customs brokers, and project stakeholders
- Monitoring shipment progress and ensuring on-time delivery in line with project milestones
- Identifying logistics risks and implementing mitigation and contingency plans
- Reporting on logistics performance, costs, and operational issues to the project management team
- Supporting continuous improvement of logistics processes and efficiencies

Profile

- Degree in International Trade, Transport & Logistics (BTS, Bachelor's, or Master's degree or equivalent)
- Minimum significant experience in industrial project logistics, preferably within the Oil & Gas sector
- Demonstrated experience with EPC projects, offshore logistics, or FPSO-related operations is highly desirable
- Proven track record working with freight forwarders or shippers across all transport modes

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in:

- Heavy lift and oversized cargo transportation
- Chartering and vessel operations
- Transport of hazardous/dangerous goods (DG compliance)
- In-depth knowledge of:

- International logistics and multimodal transport
- Customs regulations (temporary importation, inward processing, etc.)
- Incoterms and liner terms
- Import/export regulations, particularly for China
- Experience in managing logistics for KAMINHO FPSO project is a strong advantage
- Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory
