Grâce à notre solution collaborative, Pomdoc DM, nous accompagnons les sociétés du CAC40 dans la conception et la production de leurs documents financiers (rapport semestriel, rapport annuel, document d'enregistrement universel, bilans, etc.).
You will be the main point of contact for our partners, ensuring effective onboarding, ongoing support, and long-term engagement. Your role is to build strong relationships and help partners get the most value from our collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow partner relationships
- Lead onboarding and enablement of new partners
- Ensure partners remain active and engaged
- Monitor partner performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Work closely with internal teams (Operations, Product, Sales, Support)
- Act as the voice of partners internally
Le profil recherché
- 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Partnerships, or Account Management
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Proactive, and organized
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
