Les missions du poste
Successfully develop, implement and maintain global Marketing and Communications policies, processes and practices so that KONE's short and long-term business objectives comply with regulations and standards, and build KONE brand and protect the organization's reputation.
Some or all of following tasks and responsibilities:
- Contribute to business planning with the front line management team to develop a marketing and communications strategy that is based on global marketing strategies and local business requirements and consistent with KONE's overall mission, vision, and long-term objectives.
- Localize global marketing and communications material and activities
- Support the achievement of business goals by managing KONE's reputation and brand according to global guidelines.
- Manage KONE key messages for all target groups according to global guidelines
- Manage the marketing resources and the professional development of Marketing and Communications Specialists in the FL marketing communications team.
- Co-operate and share best practices with KONE global team and other marketing and communications professionals within KONE.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies (for example printing houses, event agencies, advertising agencies, pr agencies, graphic designers
- Excellent understanding of using different marketing and communications tools and channels for effective communication. Applying existing global processes, channels and tools when applicable. Active co-operation with global teams in developing new processes, channels and tools.
- Plan and manage internal and external events according to global guidelines and utilize global concepts and tools.
- Ensure successful People leadership and development of any direct reports.
- Follow-up front line marketing activities and regularly provide information and feedback about the activities to the global marketing communications team
Marketing communications and brand management
- Create demand, support sales and increase customer loyalty by implementing and following-up marketing activities (e.g. direct mailing, events, advertising, web marketing) for different market and customer segments
- Liaise with other executives across the organization (particularly in the sales and customer service functions) to ensure that marketing strategies and activities are integrated with other parts of the business and align with the overall corporate objectives.
Internal communications
- Support KONE's objectives through internal communications: communicating company vision and strategic development programs to employees.
- Demonstrate good skills in advising and influencing stakeholders on different communications strategies to engage employees within the front line.
- Apply change management effectively to minimize disruption and keep employees informed.
- Strong skills in written communications. Ensuring writing style fits with all elements of communication strategy. Editing with a strategic focus.
