OrganisationOur product org is split into 3 tribes: Platform, Core Ticketing & Distribution. We are forming a new Money & Compliance Squad inside our Platform Tribe, and we are looking for the Product Manager who will own it.Organizers trust us with their revenue, fans trust us with their payment details, and every transaction carries a legal, financial, and reputational obligation. This scope makes it a complete product domain. This squad will be composed of 2 engineers and 1 product manager. Unlike other product squads, no designer is directly embedded because the scope is mostly technical and backend, but collaboration will obviously be required with other squads.?? Role & ScopeYou will own the payment platform that powers every transaction across our marketplace, and drive regulatory compliance across all our markets:Payment processingTax and invoicingRegulatory compliancePricing engineCompliance, legal and reliability are product & business problems, not a "legal formality" or a "tech issue". Each new market is a new set of rules, and your job is to turn them into scalable product, not one off workarounds. You report to the Head of Product and you are the interface for money and compliance topics. We expect you to:Own the roadmap for the payment platform and for compliance across Europe, US, and LATAMSpeak with organizers and fans regularly to understand where money actually hurtsHelp define the metrics that matter for the squad and track them rigorouslyBe the single point of contact for money and compliance: legal, finance, ops, GTM, and the other product squads.Drive the reliability of payment flows (checkout, refunds, fraud), but also accounting flows (KYB, payouts, billing, reporting)Work day to day with two engineers to spec, prioritize, build, and ship. We do not do scrum or kanban, and we do not expect PMs to babysit developers?? The job is for you ifYou have a strong background in payments, fintech, or marketplace money flows, or in legal, regulatory, or compliance. You do not need to have been a payments PM at a fintech, but you need real depth in one of these worlds. You think in concepts and data models, not user flows or nice-looking UI. You can map how the domain is structured (payment intents, invoicing items, connected accounts...) and how the pieces relate. You are hands on and autonomous. You would rather dig into a VAT edge case or a failing payout in the data yourself than write a strategy deck about it.You treat money and compliance as product problems and you hold your own in a room with legal, finance, and business stakeholders. Nobody owns the full picture, so you are the one who pulls the pieces together. You can translate a business or regulatory problem into a technical one, and back again, in writing and out loud, so engineers and stakeholders actually understand each other. You have a sense of ownership. You do not blame others or find excuses when a goal is missed. You stay humble and get back to workEnglish and French fluency are requiredCompensation & Perks?? Compensation: competitive salary?? Team offsites and events: we invest in team moments because they matter?? Shotgun event credits: quarterly credits to enjoy live events??? Egym Wellpass: preferential rates for gyms and sports?? Sustainable mobility bonus: for eco friendly commuting like biking?? Swile lunch card: meals and more?? Alan health insurance: full coverage for your health needs?? Childcare support??
