We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Project Support Specialist to join our UniQue team.What will you be doing in this role?Arranging meetings and producing meeting minutesSetting up and maintaining project filesCollecting actuals data and forecasts and updating plansAdministering or assisting with the quality review processAdministering or assisting with Project Board meetingsAssisting with the compilation of reportsContributing expertise in specialist tools and techniquesMaintaining the following records: Quality Register, Configuration Item Records, and any other registers/logs delegated by the Project ManagerAdministering the configuration management procedure

What do you need to succeed in this position?Minimum 4 years of relevant education (Master's degree or equivalent) after secondary schoolMinimum 4 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 1 year in IT project supportExperience in the full end-to-end IT project lifecycleExperience working within a Project Management Office using PRINCE2 or an equivalent project management methodologyPRINCE2 Foundation certification or an equivalent industry-standard project management qualificationStrong understanding of project management and support activities, including managing risks, issues, quality, and action logsGood knowledge of project management standards and techniquesKnowledge and/or experience using project management toolsExperience supporting multiple projects and project managersExperience using MS Project, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint, with the ability to effectively utilise desktop applicationsExperience taking minutes and recording actions in meetings at all levelsExperience maintaining a configuration management system, acting as a configuration librarianExperience creating templates for common project documentationGood reporting skills and methodsFluency in EnglishAt Uni Systems, we are providing equal employment opportunities and banning any form of discrimination on grounds of gender, religion, race, color, nationality, disability, social class, political beliefs, age, marital status, sexual orientation or any other characteristics.
