About UsJoining EOLEN means becoming part of an engineering and IT consulting firm a subsidiary of the GECI International Group with a presence in France and around the world.We operate in strategic sectors such as energy, banking, telecommunications, aerospace, and defense.Your Day-to-Day WorkFor one of our major clients, a leading French banking group, EOLEN is looking for a Genesys Expert to support the administration, operation, and maintenance of critical contact center platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister, deploy, and maintain Genesys platformsEnsure RUN activities and operational support of production environmentsTroubleshoot and resolve complex incidentsPerform platform upgrades, patching, backup, and maintenance operationsProduce and maintain technical and operational documentationParticipate in continuous improvement and infrastructure evolution projectsContribute to on-call support, morning checks, and out-of-hours interventionsRequired SkillsStrong expertise in GenesysWindows administration and PowerShell scriptingUnix/Linux administration and Shell scriptingProduction support and infrastructure operations experienceAbility to work in critical, high-availability environmentsEnglish reading and writing skillsProfileProven experience managing and supporting Genesys platforms in productionStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilitiesAutonomous, proactive, and service-oriented mindsetinternationaux.
