YOUR ROLE Join an HR team at the heart of CMA-CGM's transformation and growth! Within a dynamic and demanding international environment, our HR department supports a population of over 1,000 employees based at the Group's Headquarters in Marseille. Made up of 5 Senior HRBPs, the team plays a key role in employee development, managing business transformations, and implementing an ambitious growth strategy.WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?You will assist in the development and implementation of the HR strategy for the Business Shipping scope (Lines and GEN), supporting a team of 5 HRBPsYou will support the HRBPs with their operational requestsYou animate and monitor the intern/apprentice community to ensure their proper integration and well-being within the companyYou participate in conducting transversal HR projects (Training Plan, Group Job Referential, engagement, onboarding, etc.)You will take charge of HR monitoring activities for the team, ensure the tracking of a monthly dashboard presenting key performance indicators, and be able to provide analysis on these performance indicatorsWHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?You are pursuing a Bac +3/4/5 degree in HR (3rd year Bachelor or Master 1 or Master 2)Ideally, you already have operational HR experience (e.g., HR generalist, recruitment, training, labor law, social management control, etc.), including internshipsYou have proficiency in ExcelYou have knowledge of labor lawExperience using HRIS (SuccessFactors, Workday, etc.) is a plusYou are comfortable in English, both written and spokenYou have good interpersonal skills, are reactive, have a customer service mindset, and demonstrate resilience, proactivity, and creativityPlease ensure you are familiar with the CMA CGM Corporate Internal Mobility guidelines
