The team continuously monitors and improves the Group's cybersecurity posture by identifying, protecting, detecting, and responding to cybersecurity incidents with a 24/7 highly skilled team, sophisticated technologies, and well-defined processes based on international standards.The "Protect" service line is one of CyberSOC's four service lines, focusing on safeguards to ensure the delivery of infrastructure services and limit or contain the impact of potential cybersecurity events.As the CyberSOC Protect - Service Delivery Manager for Endpoint Security, your responsibilities include:Maintaining EDR & Antivirus solutions used by IT teams across the Group Ensuring compliance of endpoint security tools with internal requirements in collaboration with Business and Security officers Defining new use cases to implement with Business and Security officers Defining and following implementation projects with various stakeholders Ensuring the performance and delivery of the tools Defining and publishing processes and documentation related to the toolsThe CyberSOC Protect team operates 24/7, 365 days a year, with team members based in Paris and India, providing continuous support.Tools & EnvironmentAs the CyberSOC Protect Service Delivery Manager, you will primarily manage the following tools:Crowdstrike (EDR)Trellix (Antivirus)The CyberSOC Protect team also manages WAF, PKI, Bastion, and Vulnerability scanning tools, which may require interaction with other team members.Working ConditionsPosition based at Saint-Gobain's head office in La DéfenseInternational team collaboration with members in Paris and India 24/7 operational environment for the Protect teams

Profile wantedMaster degree5 to 6 years minimum of experience in cybersecurityGood experience with Cybersecurity operations and servicesAbility to fully understand technical topics & challengesA first experience in Service Delivery Management (SDM) is a plusResults oriented and customer service orientedAdaptability to different environments and technologiesProfessional curiosity and desire to understandKnowledge of security infrastructure equipment (Firewall, Proxy, VPN, Load-balancer) and network protocols (DNS, SSL, HTTP, etc.)Good knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux architecture) and Active DirectoryAbility to work in a team (openness, interpersonal skills)Ability to understand and deep-dive into technical subjectsAbility to be concise and sense of reporting to managementGood written and oral communicationProfessional English (oral and written)Initiative and solution providerAutonomy
