Expert Microsoft Copilot Studio - ai Enablement & Adoption H/F - LittleBig Connection (part of Mantu)

What they need

An international organisation operating in the financial services sector is expanding the use of Microsoft Copilot Studio across the organisation.

The Innovation Team is looking for an expert Copilot Studio consultant to support this roll-out and help employees understand, adopt and use the platform effectively. The consultant will work closely with an existing internal expert and will play a key role in enabling both technical and non-technical users to create their own AI agents.

This is a hands-on mission combining Copilot Studio expertise, user enablement, training, governance and change adoption.

Key responsibilities

The consultant will be responsible for:

• Supporting users in the design and creation of conversational agents with Microsoft Copilot Studio;

• Delivering training sessions for both technical and non-technical audiences;

• Explaining the different types of available connectors and helping users select the most appropriate ones;

• Supporting teams during their first agent development initiatives and use cases;

• Organising and facilitating practical workshops;

• Answering users' questions and helping them overcome implementation challenges;

• Contributing to the definition and application of Copilot Studio governance processes;

• Supporting internal communication and promoting the adoption of the platform;

• Sharing best practices related to agent design, configuration, testing and deployment;

• Working closely with the internal Copilot Studio expert and the Innovation Team;

• Helping users progressively become autonomous in their use of the tool.

Profile wanted

The ideal candidate is an expert Microsoft Copilot Studio with proven hands-on experience in:

• Creating and configuring AI agents with Copilot Studio;

• Using standard and custom connectors;

• Working with Power Platform, Power Automate, SharePoint, Dataverse or APIs;

• Delivering training sessions and workshops;

• Supporting both technical and business users;

• Explaining complex technical topics in a clear and accessible way;

• Implementing or applying governance principles around Copilot Studio or Power Platform;

• Supporting large-scale adoption of new digital or AI tools.

• Fluent in english

The candidate should be proactive, highly autonomous, pedagogical and comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders.

Previous experience in a large international organisation, financial services or a regulated environment would be highly appreciated.
