About the role

To strengthen the team,we'relooking for an International AccountDirectorcapable of working on high-stakes communication challenges and playing a long-term role in shaping projects and client relationships.

Working closely with an Associate Director, youwill befully involved in client relationships, strategicthinkingandtheoperationaldelivery ofinternationalprojects.

More specifically, you will:

• Contribute to the development ofstrategicplatforms, creativeterritoriesand communication strategies

• Lead complex, multi-stakeholderprojectswitha high levelof quality andrigour

• Help structure client relationships,ensure smooth and effective communication, and move projects forward in sometimes fast-changing environments

• Work closely withtheagency andtheHavas Group teams involved in the projects, both in France and internationally

• Contribute to business development and upstream strategic thinking, including recommendations,pitchesand account growth

Depending on the project, you may work on integratedcampaigns and communications spanning digital, social, film,printand activation.

Position based in Puteaux (Havas Village) -available ASAP on apermanent contract(CDI).
Occasional international travelmay be required depending on theprojects.

This role is for experienced agency professionalswith a strong consulting mindset.

You are:

• Comfortable switching between strategic thinking and hands-on delivery

• Structured, detail-oriented andsolution drivenwhen it comes toboth thequalityof deliverables and the processesrequiredto achieve it

• Able to thrive in fast-paced,internationaland highly visible environments

• Diplomatic, confident in client relationships and comfortable working with demanding stakeholders

• Curious, committed, and genuinely interested incommunicationand culture.

Youhave:

• 5 to 7 years of experienceminimumin communication or advertising agencies

• Experiencecontributing to the development and delivery of integrated campaigns

• Experience developing international campaigns and/or coordinating projects internationally

• Fluent English, both written and spoken, is essential, as most client interactions are conducted in English

• A desire tobe part of a collaborative team andcontribute to ambitiousprojects.
