What they need

We are looking for a Senior Platform Product Manager to own the core of that platform.

The mission You own the platform core: its foundations, its product architecture, its design system and UI, and the user experience across modules.

The business modules - catalogue, editorial and pages, users and entitlements, data and reporting, partner integration - are owned by other squads and domains.

Your job is to make sure that what they build lands as one coherent product, and that the ground they build on holds. Without that ownership, we get six tools sharing a login instead of one platform.

Concretely, you will:

- Set vision for the overall B2B platform. This is something that we are building almost from scratch, you will set up vision for the whole platform, even though you will not be responsible for the business modules of it (owned by other squads and domains).

- Drive the product direction for the core. Vision, strategy and a roadmap for the foundations and the shared experience, with a clear view of what belongs in the core and what belongs to a module owner.

- Own the cross-module experience. Navigation, information architecture, interaction patterns, permissions as the user meets them, and the AI-assisted layer of the UI. One mental model for a client who moves between modules in the same afternoon.

- Own the design system as a product. Adopted by the module squads because it saves them work, not because it was mandated.

- Own the shared foundations from the product side. Identity and sign-on, user and role management, authorization, configuration and feature management, tenancy and client-level customisation. You work closely with architecture and infrastructure, and you translate technical foundations into decisions the business can act on.

- Coordinate across domains. You have no authority over the module squads, so you work by clarity, evidence and standards that people want to use. You will spend real time aligning six domains and their PMs on a shared platform contract.

- Do the discovery. With clients, and with the internal people who use the platform daily operations, back-office, CSM, delivery.

Framework: interviews, observation, prototypes, and a decision at the end.

- Run the delivery. Specifications, prioritisation, incremental releases with a squad, and measurement afterwards.

- Define how we know it worked. Adoption per client, time to complete the tasks clients care about, contract-to-live onboarding time, support load. If a result cannot be measured, that is the first problem to solve.

Profile wanted

Profile we are looking for Required:

- Senior product manager, with at least 7 years in product and several of them on the platform side.

- B2B SaaS platform experience. You have built and shipped a multi-tenant B2B SaaS platform used by business customers or internal operators. Consumer product experience is not what this mission needs.

- Systems thinking. You reason about second-order effects, name and manage dependencies and prerequisites, and are comfortable holding an architecture conversation with engineers and a value conversation with a sponsor on the same day.

- AI-native ways of working. You use AI tools in your own daily practice discovery, synthesis, specification, prototyping and you have a considered view on where AI belongs in a product and where it does not.

- Solid discovery and delivery craft. Customer interviews, problem framing, prioritisation, writing clear specs, working with a squad, measuring outcomes.

- Fluent English and French. Working language across our teams and clients.

- Comfortable influencing without authority, and comfortable with a scope that is still being defined.
