Stage - Marketing Project Management H/F - GrandVision

JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the Marketing Team in the execution of GrandVision France's marketing strategy and key business initiatives.

The intern will contribute to the coordination of marketing activations, support cross-functional projects, monitor performance, and assist in the delivery of strategic initiatives aimed at strengthening banner positioning, driving business performance, and enhancing customer experience.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Support the deployment and follow-up of the banner's marketing calendar and activations.
• Assist in the execution of banner and brand campaigns in collaboration with local and global stakeholders.
• Coordinate project activities, meetings, and communications with internal teams and external partners.
• Consolidate business and campaign performance data and contribute to reporting and analysis.
• Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer insights.
• Support project management activities, including planning, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
• Provide ad hoc support on marketing, business, and cross-functional projects according to team priorities.

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/+5) in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in project management, marketing, consulting, or a business-related role (minimum 6 months).
• Proactive and curious, with a hands-on mindset and a strong sense of initiative.
• Strong analytical skills and affinity for working with data and performance indicators.
• Excellent organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in French (C1/C2 mandatory) and English (C1 minimum); Italian would be a plus.
