Medior Sitecore Developer

Location: Belgium / Remote Work arrangement: 100% Remote Language: English (native or C1 level) Availability: On-demand 24/7 availability for production incidents

Mission

We are looking for an experienced Sitecore Developer to strengthen a web development team. You will contribute to the development and enhancement of modern, user-friendly web platforms, leveraging your expertise in Sitecore CMS and backend integration. The role requires strong hands-on development skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality, reliable and performant web solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web platforms using Sitecore CMS and C#/.NET.
• Implement and enhance Sitecore-based functionalities and backend integrations.
• Optimize application performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
• Apply modern software architecture, design patterns and development best practices.
• Contribute to Sitecore migrations and version upgrades.
• Ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
• Share technical knowledge and support other team members.
• Participate in production support, including on-demand incident management.

Required Experience & Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on Sitecore development experience, supported by a portfolio of web platforms.
• During the last 3 years, C# and/or .NET development must have been the candidate's main responsibility, rather than management or architecture.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Sitecore 10 XP, including:
  • Containers
  • Analytics
  • Marketing Forms
• Experience in at least 2 Sitecore migration and/or version upgrade projects.
• Strong knowledge of web development, performance optimization and application architecture.
• Good understanding of modern development principles and Agile methodologies.
