Your main missions :
- Collaborate on various annual HR campaigns (recruitment, performance management, engagement surveys, training, etc.).
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing systems by performing tests, updates, and ensuring technological monitoring.
- Participate in the development and evolution of the HRIS platform configuration.
- Document HR processes and tools to facilitate their adoption.
- Promote the standards established by the Group.

Profile :
- Higher education in HRIS (Master's degree 1 or 2)
- Previous experience in HRIS or IT systems is a plus
- Technical skills : Proficiency in office tools and ideally ERP environments (SAP, HR Access, survey tools, etc.).
- Language skills : English is mandatory, both written and spoken
