FASHION DIVISION

WHAT IMPACT YOU CREATE AT CHANEL

Reporting to the Collection Events Orchestration Manager, you are part of the Image Project team within the Image Department, responsible for thedevelopmentandorchestrationofCollectionEventsworldwide.These include those that take place outside andinside the boutique.

You co-manageone intern with the other Project Manager.

YOUR ROLE:

1.Event framing and preparation:

REGIONAL / MARKET LEVEL:

- Partner with eachregion/market to define clearobjectivesand an eventplanin line with local needs, seasonalprioritiesandImagestandards.

- Guidemarkets in creatingretro-plannings& schedulesfor each event,optimizingclient reach, guest experience, and staff engagement.

- Establishaclear governancefor each projectand communicationchannelswithkeystakeholdersatlocalandgloballeveltofacilitatethe efficient delivery of guidelines and assets.

GLOBAL LEVEL:

- Draft and review creative briefs to ensure conceptsare in line withcollectionarrival orchestration priorities (messaging, products)andanswerlocalobjectivesand maximize the impact
of events.

- Prepare and deliverdetailed briefs for all necessary eventassets (includingeditorial and visual content, talking points, digital platforms, invitations).

- Ensurethat all guidelines and assets meet expectations and fulfill market requirements.

2. Eventcoordination:

REGIONAL / MARKET LEVEL:

- Provide real-time support tomarkets, proactively addressingquestionsandfindingsolutions to potentialchallenges within market constraints.

- Attend andassistin the onsite rollout of major eventswhen necessary

GLOBAL LEVEL:

- Animatekey stakeholdersatglobalandlocallevelthroughformalandinformalcommunicationchannels to supportevent executionon behalf of market (client, press, fashion education,styleexpertise, supply....)

- Collaborate with global production expertsto ensureevent guidelines are followed(includingdecor, visual merchandising, content, invitations, catering, gifting).

3. Post-eventfollow-up:

REGIONAL / MARKET LEVEL:

- Ensuremeasuringfactors&KPIssetbeforetheeventareclearandmatcheventobjectives.

- Participate inpost-event debriefs with markets.

- Gatherdocumentationpost-event(photos & videos).

GLOBAL LEVEL:

- Facilitate the sharing of learnings and best practices to inform futureprojects.

- Maintaincommunicationwithkeystakeholders to ensure continuous improvement in event quality
andimpact.

This role requires a proactive, collaborative, andsolutions-oriented mindset, witha strong senseof aesthetics and an ability to manage complexity across multiple markets and stakeholders.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

- You have at least 5years' experiencein event management and production in a demanding and
fast-paced environment.

- You are recognized for your initiative, yourdriveand your organizational skills.

- You are comfortable working in a team, and have an appetite and knowledge of the world of luxury and fashion

- You are fluent inFrench and English.
