YOUR ROLE
Reporting to the Global Training Manager, you will play a key role within the Education team, leading the development of the US market from our Paris headquarters.
Your mission is to ensure that our training strategy is fully adapted, impactful, and aligned with US market dynamics and business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. ADAPTATION OF TRAINING STRATEGY & TOOLS FOR THE US MARKET
* Adapt global training content, tools, and materials to the specific needs of the US market, ensuring relevance, cultural alignment, and business impact
* Translate strategic marketing and sales priorities into tailored educational programs
* Bring a strong market perspective to elevate content, messaging, and learning formats
* Ensure consistency between brand vision and local execution
* Contribute to the continuous evolution of training tools with an innovative and performance-driven mindset

2. RETAIL TRAINING & FIELD ENGAGEMENT
* Develop training opportunities across key US retail partners in close collaboration with local teams and key stakeholders
* Deliver engaging and impactful training sessions (in-person and virtual) for retail teams
* Support field coaching and on-the-ground activation when needed
* Build strong relationships with partners to drive engagement and performance

3. MARKET EVENTS & TRAINING ACTIVATIONS
* Lead and support training events, masterclasses, and brand activations dedicated to the US market
* Ensure high-quality execution aligned with brand standards and business objectives
* Contribute to the visibility and desirability of the brand through impactful educational experiences

4. LMS & DIGITAL LEARNING (SECONDARY SCOPE)
* Support the promotion and deployment of the My Erbo Academy learning platform
* Contribute to content creation when relevant
* Monitor engagement and support adoption (LMS experience is a plus, not mandatory)

Le profil recherché

PROFILE
* Strong affinity with the beauty and skincare industry
* Proven experience in training / education / retail excellence
* Deep understanding of the US market is essential Native US profile or significant professional experience within the US market
* Strong business mindset with the ability to connect education to performance
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* High level of adaptability, autonomy, and proactivity
* Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's or Master's degree (Business, Education, Marketing, or equivalent)
* Minimum 4-5 years of experience in training, retail, or education roles
* Experience in an international environment is mandatory
* Fluent in English (native or bilingual level required)
* Proficiency in PowerPoint and content creation tools (Canva is a plus)
* Familiarity with LMS platforms is appreciated

* Position based in Paris (Head Office)
* Reporting to the Global Training Manager
* International scope with a strong focus on the US market
